• 5+ years product design at a high-growth startup.
• Portfolio showing systems thinking and end-to-end ownership.
• Prototyping fluency across interaction, visual detail, and motion.
• Track record building internal tooling or systems.
• Strong visual craft with typography, hierarchy, and UI.
• Low-ego, high-ownership; able to ship with engineering.
