Product Designer

📋 Description

• Contribute to CLM features from concept to launch
• Partner closely with engineers, and with PM and go-to-market stakeholders to brainstorm, define
• Collaborate closely with our product and customer-facing teams to participate in UX Research and
• Iterate quickly on designs based on user feedback
• Participate in regular design reviews with the broader design team.
• Work closely with product designers across the organization to understand their specific team’s

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years professional design experience working at a startup or similarly resource-restricted
• Experience shipping at least one full product or significant feature end to end as the lead
• Experience iterating with engineers and other team members on both visual and UX designs to get the
• Great presentation, collaboration and communication skills
• Empathetic champion for your work’s audience and customers
• Strong visual design skills without sacrificing usability
