• Design onboarding, activation, habit, retention, and subscriptions
• Prototype quickly in AI tools, code, or interactive design tools
• Partner with Product, Data, Research, and Engineering to drive impact
• Use qualitative and quantitative signals to understand learner behavior
• Invent novel AI-powered learning interaction patterns

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product design in consumer products
• Stay close to users; learn from real learners to inform strategy
• Product thinking with structured judgment and clear narratives
• AI-native workflow; apply AI to speed and quality
• Taste and craft; move fast and invest where meaningful
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration
