Product Designer – Customer-Facing Products

📋 Description

• Design the full Hippo Plus experience from sales funnel to back-office tools.
• Partner with PMs and Engineers from discovery to shipping features that move metrics.
• Run user interviews, shadow sessions, and feedback loops with customers and teams.
• Sketch, wireframe, and prototype using Figma and LLMs.
• Facilitate cross-functional conversations to align product, design, and eng.
• Share work openly and contribute to design critiques.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years shipping production work with a strong portfolio.
• Strong Figma skills: components, variables, auto-layout, prototyping.
• Experience across products: consumer flows, emails, dashboards.
• Use LLMs in design toolkit (e.g., Claude) for research and prototyping.
• Able to lead a project solo with Staff Designer support.
• Proactive; turn vague briefs into clear, actionable ideas.
