• 3+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products, ideally including B2B applications
• Producing polished UI, user flows, and interactive prototypes with thoughtful interactions, states
• Clear verbal and visual communication, with the ability to explain design rationale and respond
• A track record of partnering with Product and Engineering to deliver well-scoped work, considering
• An iterative design process that explores alternatives, weighs trade-offs, and produces thoughtful
