Product designer, Design Systems

📋 Description

• Design end-to-end experiences across Geotab apps (MyAdmin, MyGeotab, Drive).
• Collaborate with UX Research, PM, Dev, and Data Science teams.
• Research, build, and iterate to improve end-user experience across products.
• Lead cross-functional design discussions and present concepts.
• Define user flows and create prototypes for usability testing.
• Ensure accessible, responsive designs across devices.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-5 years in product design; 2+ years as an IC on a product team.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Deep knowledge of product design and responsive web patterns.
• Figma or Sketch; UI design tools; Google Suite.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and collaboration.
• Experience with accessibility and AODA guidelines.
