📋 Description

• Lead design from discovery through UX, UI, prototyping, and handoff.
• Translate requirements into UX flows, UI screens, and prototypes in Figma.
• Formulate and test hypotheses on user behavior, engagement, and retention.
• Improve interfaces via analytics, user feedback, usability testing, and experiments.
• Conduct UX/UI audits to identify usability, accessibility, and clarity issues.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing for feasible, measurable designs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as a Product Designer on B2C/mobile products
• Strong usability, user flows, and responsive/adaptive design
• Figma proficiency (components, variants, auto-layout, libraries)
• Ability to structure ambiguity: current state → pain → hypothesis
• Experience using product metrics to improve UX
• Collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and marketing
