Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design for core apps: research, prototyping, testing, and delivery
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements and workflows
• Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct user research and incorporate feedback to refine designs
• Advocate for users and maintain a cohesive visual and interaction language
• Balance business needs, feasibility, and user goals in design decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience designing digital products from concept to launch in fast-paced environments
• Strong portfolio showing design process and impact on shipped products
• Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Cursor, Claude Code/Design)
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguity
• Excellent communication and ability to advocate for design with stakeholders
• Deep empathy for users; solve complex problems with simple, elegant solutions
