Product Designer, Generative Media (Staff-Level / L6)

📋 Description

• Own Playground's evolution end-to-end: from single-format surface to scalable multi-format creation
• Set design direction for discovery, experimentation, and iteration across all formats. Influence
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define what "great" looks like (principles, quality bar

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience designing creation tools or generative-media platforms where users explore
• Strong craft in interaction and visual design. A track record of shipping delightful experiences
• Deep comfort designing around AI model constraints. You design UX that works with constraints, not
• Systems thinking. You can hold the tension between Playground as a destination and as an on-ramp to
