📋 Description

• Reimagine onboarding and early editor workflows to improve activation
• Translate growth challenges into clear concepts, flows, and prototypes
• Partner with Product and Engineering to move core growth metrics
• Elevate AI or PM-generated prototypes into scalable, thoughtful experiences
• Design experiments to help the team learn quickly, knowing not every concept will ship
• Coaching and mentoring designers where relevant

• Experience influencing product direction at high scope
• Metrics-driven design thinking focused on outcomes
• Comfortable driving activation/adoption in a self-serve business
• Thrive in fast, experimental environments
• Experience with AI-native workflows alongside PMs/engineers
• Ability to frame problems and turn ambiguity into testable directions
