📋 Description

• Lead the design direction for identity, account security, permissions, and admin experiences.
• Design sign-in, authentication, recovery, privacy, and access controls across products.
• Define mental models for human-to-agent and agent-to-agent identity and trust.
• Clarify what people, systems, and agents can access or do on behalf of others.
• Design security checks and flows to protect sensitive actions with minimal friction.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, security, privacy, and design on strategy and roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

• Systems-oriented thinker with ability to reason across complex states and policies.
• Experience designing role-based access or permissions for multi-team orgs.
• Balance security, usability, and business needs in high-stakes workflows.
• Strong UX/UI and interaction design skills with craft and clarity.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into understandable mental models.
• Experience in enterprise/platform or similarly complex product environments.
