📋 Description

• Own design execution for features across Built’s platform.
• Lead user research with interviews and usability tests.
• Create flows, journey maps, wireframes, and mockups.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers on feasibility.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system.
• Explain design decisions with user needs and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years in product or UX design in SaaS/digital.
• Strong Figma and prototyping skills.
• End-to-end design for features from research to QA.
• Solid UX research methods knowledge.
• Portfolio showing problem framing and design work.
• Clear, confident communication with stakeholders.
