Product Designer II

📋 Description

• Support feature development with visual design to create elegant, easy-to-use experiences.
• Lead stakeholders with visual design, UX guidance, and user research.
• Translate requirements into wireframes, designs, and prototypes in Figma using the design system.
• Collaborate with PMs, Eng, and stakeholders to deliver persona-first, data-driven solutions.
• Iterate on designs using user research and analytics to improve UX.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to rapidly prototype high-fidelity explorations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in product design; portfolio with shipped consumer/B2B work.
• Bachelor’s in Design, HCI, CS, or related field, or equivalent.
• High-fidelity mastery in typography, grid, and layout.
• Work within a design system and improve components.
• Clear communicator who explains design decisions and collaborates.
• Advanced Figma skills + HTML/CSS/React basics for handoffs.
