Product Designer II, Growth and Membership

📋 Description

• Own key moments in the member journey: Create fast, intuitive experiences across onboarding
• Design end-to-end experiences: Take problems from early concepts and wireframes through polished
• Use data to guide your work: Look at activation, retention, and other signals to uncover friction
• Shape the product, not just the screens: Partner closely with Product and Engineering to define
• Ground decisions in research: Work with our UX Researcher to better understand member needs
• Raise the bar on craft: Collaborate closely with our Senior Product Designer on Growth &amp

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Design experience
• A portfolio showcasing high-quality designs and problem-solving ability
• Experience designing consumer-facing apps, ideally something people use daily and trust with
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
• Ability to manage stakeholders, requirements, and deliverables independently
