📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end design process for major features or product areas — from problem framing and
• Lead design on cross-functional initiatives, partnering with Product Management, Engineering, and
• Conduct and synthesize user research (qualitative and quantitative) and turn it into clear design
• Contribute to, extend, and enforce consistency in the design system (components, patterns, tokens)
• Prototype at varying levels of fidelity to test ideas quickly and de-risk decisions before
• Present and defend design work to stakeholders, including leadership, with clear rationale tied to

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience as a Product Designer or similar, with a strong portfolio showing shipped
• Deep fluency in Figma, including component/variant systems, auto-layout, and design tokens
• Demonstrated experience designing within and contributing to a design system at scale
• Strong interaction design and visual design fundamentals — typography, layout, hierarchy, motion
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2) and a habit of designing for accessibility
• Experience running and synthesizing user research and usability testing, and using data to support
