📋 Description

• Design end-to-end experiences for LSP44’s AI agents and embeddable interfaces, from dashboards to
• Own the end-to-end design of one or more areas of the LSP44 agent portfolio and technology.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing; include forward-deployed engineers
• Prototype rapidly to test agent interaction patterns before committing engineering effort.
• Contribute to and evolve design system and interaction patterns as the portfolio grows.
• Design for real operational complexity, not abstractions.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product design or UX, ideally in B2B SaaS or complex domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Ability to partner with engineering to ship technical products; strong communication with
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design from research to shipped product.
• Track record partnering with engineering to ship technical products.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range: $112,000–$168,000 USD
