📋 Description

• Design tools powering brokers and consumers to evaluate and enroll in coverage.
• Shape the broker experience across Lucie Marketplace.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and operators.
• Lead experiments with hypothesis-driven research and prototyping.
• Maintain high craft and design systems across the Lucie suite.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product/UX Design.
• 2+ concrete examples shipping complex web and mobile interfaces.
• 2+ years managing stakeholders directly.
