Product Designer, Partnerships and Brand Experience

📋 Description

• Lead significant portions of the product experience and take ownership of the design work and
• Transform ambiguous or early-stage ideas into compelling product and business concepts, helping
• Conduct user research, lightweight usability testing, and validation activities to help scope
• Create interactive prototypes, product concepts, demos, and motion-rich experiences that help
• Develop polished micro-interactions, transitions, animations, and other visual details that elevate
• Help translate brand-system principles into product through motion, iconography, interaction

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional product design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing
• Combination of agency and in-house product design experience, with the ability to adapt between
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including low-fidelity flows to highly polished, interactive
• Demonstrated experience with motion design, micro-interactions, transitions, and animations, with
• Experience translating brand systems into digital product experiences through visual design
• Strong product-design fundamentals, balancing user needs, business objectives, brand
