📋 Description

• Embed within the Player Experience squad and partner with a staff designer, engineers, product
• Design player-facing features like friend invites, game presence, and shareable game moments
• Mix your visual, UX, and interaction design skills to solve for the constraints of both desktop and
• Playtest your work regularly, iterating on feedback from players, peers, and leadership to reach a
• Produce comprehensive design documentation and interactive prototypes, and keep them up to date as
• Share work early and often in critiques and team reviews, and communicate the business and

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience designing and shipping a web/app product for a variety of devices and
• Experience designing consumer-facing mobile features specifically (not just responsive web)
• An ownership mindset with a bias toward action, helping to drive projects and decisions forward.
• A high craft bar and attention to detail in user experience, visual design, interaction design, and
• Ability to communicate complex problems and experiences simply, and to know when a user journey
• Experience working within a design system, and contributing back to it.
