Product Designer, Point of Sale

📋 Description

• Own and drive end-to-end design for Point of Sale experiences from discovery to high-fidelity execution.
• Translate complex POS workflows into fast, error-resistant experiences.
• Design for restaurant service: fast pace, time-sensitive decisions during rush.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research to bring POS to terminal and handheld surfaces.
• Create polished artifacts that account for edge cases and hardware contexts.
• Prototype early and use storytelling to align cross-functional partners and communicate tradeoffs.

• You bring 3+ years in product design with progression to owning outcomes and AI-first prototypes across surfaces.
