📋 Description

• End-to-end UX/UI design for PayPay ecosystems.
• Design UX strategies aligning with project goals.
• Create concepts using personas and journey maps.
• UX flow and UI design based on concept.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research.
• Analyze and propose improvements with numerical tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years mobile app UX/UI design experience.
• Figma and Adobe UX/UI design experience.
• Experience with product releases and metrics.
• Business-level Japanese or English.
• Experience with PayPay or fintech apps.
• Desirable: design systems, design workshops, AI/LLM tools, leadership, multi-language.
