🎯 Requirements

Hands-on UX/UI or Product Build with end-to-end ownership.
Experience in user research, usability testing, and synthesis.
Strong portfolio of UX flows, design systems, and measurable impact.
Proficiency in Figma (design systems, components, variants).
Experience with cross-functional delivery and feasibility assessment.
Knowledge of accessibility, IA, and agile workflows.
