Product Development Coordinator, Beauty & Wellness

📋 Description

• Coordinate product development projects from concept through launch.
• Maintain product calendars, milestones, and trackers to ensure on-time execution.
• Update timelines, testing trackers, and workflows in Asana and other PM tools.
• Prepare product briefs, specifications, development documents, artwork routing, and materials.
• Coordinate follow-ups with internal teams and external partners.
• Support product testing, reformulations, pilot batches, and tech transfer.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Development, or related field.
• 2–4 years in product development or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience using project management platforms (e.g., Asana) and PLM/ERP systems.
