Product Development Manager, Furniture

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day product development timelines across new products and refreshes.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Sourcing, Fit, QA, Creative, and Vendors.
• Ensure docs are accurate before vendor handoff (specs, build, tests).
• Track sample requests, shipments, fit reviews to meet timelines.
• Lead product reviews with Merchandising and Technical teams; track tests.
• Manage in-person country development trips to accelerate decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product development or factory-facing roles
• Deep category expertise; experience with factories and sample rooms
• Independent, organized, analytical; execution-focused with problem-solving
• Clear communicator across language, cultural, and functional boundaries
• Proven track record of growth and increasing responsibilities
• Bachelor's Degree, preferred
