• Own and actively manage day-to-day product development timelines across new products, color and
• Serve as the central point of coordination across Merchandising, Sourcing, Fit, Technical
• Ensure all required product documentation is accurate, complete, and ready prior to vendor handoff
• Coordinate and track all sample requests, shipments, reviews, fit requests, and revisions to drive
• Facilitate timely product reviews and approvals by Merchandising, Fit, and Technical teams; track

• 10+ years in product development or factory-facing roles
• Deep functional category expertise, including product and material standards
• Extensive experience working directly with factories and sample rooms
• Excellent communication, highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical with focus on execution
• Clear communicator across language, cultural, and functional boundaries
• Proven track record of progression and growth within an organization
