📋 Description

• Build and optimize cross-border payment infra across markets for uptime.
• Select and integrate rails based on speed (T+0 vs T+1) for instant trading.
• Structure partnerships to maintain liquidity for mass payouts and high-frequency settlement.
• Improve pay-in acceptance across cards and bank transfers via processor, fraud, and compliance rules.
• Lead negotiations and integrations for direct bank relationships with favorable rates and SLAs.
• Design a real-time routing engine to select the optimal rail by segment, jurisdiction, currency, speed, and risk.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of product leadership, with 7+ years in payment infra or core banking.
• Proven success building cross-border payment rails in high-volume real-time settings.
• Experience with direct bank integrations and commercial partnership negotiations.
• Track record leading payment orchestration and dynamic routing in production.
• Experience building fiat solutions for institutional clients (segregated accounts, bulk APIs).
• Background in trading, exchange, or fintech environments.
