Product Director, Core Banking and Payments

📋 Description

• Build and optimize cross-border fiat payment rails with high uptime.
• Design real-time routing to select rails by speed, jurisdiction, currency, risk.
• Structure liquidity for mass payouts and high-frequency settlement.
• Improve pay-in acceptance across cards and bank transfers.
• Lead bank partnerships and direct bank integrations for favorable terms.
• Develop fiat solutions for institutional clients (bulk APIs, segregated accounts).

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years in product leadership; 7+ years in payment infra or core banking
• Proven success scaling cross-border payment rails in high-volume real-time env
• Direct bank integrations and commercial partner negotiation
• Led payment orchestration and dynamic routing in production
• Experience with core banking platforms and payment schemes SWIFT/SEPA/FPS/ACH
• Strong people management and stakeholder management across eng/legal/compliance/finance/leadership
