7–10+ years product leadership in payments infrastructure or core banking.
Proven success building/scaling cross-border payment rails in high-volume real-time env.
Experience with direct bank integrations and commercial negotiation.
Led payment orchestration and dynamic routing in production.
Experience building fiat solutions for institutions (segregated accounts, bulk APIs).
Background in trading, exchange, or fintech environments.
