📋 Description

• Build and optimize cross-border payment infrastructure across markets for uptime.
• Select and integrate payment rails for fast trading (T+0 vs T+1).
• Structure partnerships to ensure near-zero downtime liquidity for payouts.
• Improve pay-in acceptance across cards and transfers via rules/fraud controls.
• Lead negotiations and integrations for direct bank relationships with SLAs.
• Design and own a dynamic routing engine to select the best rails in real time.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years in product leadership, with 7+ in payments infra or core banking.
• Proven success building and scaling cross-border rails in real-time.
• Experience with direct bank integrations and commercial negotiations.
• Track record in payment orchestration and dynamic routing in production.
• Experience building fiat solutions for institutional clients (segregated accounts, bulk APIs).
• Background in trading, exchange, or fintech environments.
