• Own end-to-end acquisition product strategy from discovery to checkout.
• Drive growth by improving conversion, CAC, and funnel efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional squads across Referrals/Resurrections, Landing/Discovery, Checkout.
• Identify high-impact growth opportunities via customer insight and data.
• Build a high-velocity experimentation culture with measurable outcomes.
• Leverage AI to improve targeting, personalise experiences, and optimise conversion.

• Proven track record driving profitable customer growth through product.
• Experience owning end-to-end acquisition or conversion funnels.
• Strong commercial and analytical thinking; data-driven decisions.
• Experience leading cross-functional product teams in fast-growth environments.
• Passion for experimentation and using evidence to guide decisions.
• Experience applying AI or ML to customer experiences, personalization, experimentation or productivity.
