Product Director, Internal HR & Finance Systems

📋 Description

• Own product strategy and roadmap for HR and Finance internal systems
• Lead cross-functional team across HR, Finance, Eng, Data Warehouse, and regions
• Act as internal product owner for employees; collect feedback across regions
• Drive enterprise compliance: privacy, regulatory compliance, internal audit
• Establish disciplined requirements management and delivery process
• Manage multiple parallel projects; surface risks; report decisions
• Track industry trends and improve systems toward digitisation and automation

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management; 3+ years owning HR and Finance systems
• Deep knowledge of HRIS (Workday, SAP HCM) and ERP/finance systems
• Understanding enterprise data compliance, data security, and culture
• Experience with audit or compliance-related products
• Basic finance literacy: financial statements, COA, booking rules
• Empathy for internal users; strong feedback loops
• Cross-timezone, cross-functional leadership across APAC, EMEA, Americas
• Team management experience (3+ people)
