Product Director, Internal HR & Finance Systems

📋 Description

• Own strategy and roadmap for HR and Finance internal systems across the org
• Lead and grow a cross-functional team across HR, Finance, Eng, and Data
• Act as internal product owner; collect feedback from regional users
• Drive enterprise compliance: data privacy and internal audit enablement
• Establish disciplined requirements management: PRD ownership
• Manage multiple projects; surface risks and report to senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years product management experience, 3+ years owning HR and Finance systems in large org
• Deep knowledge of HRIS (Workday, SAP HCM) and Finance systems (ERP, reporting, automation)
• Strong data privacy and security mindset with enterprise compliance exposure
• Finance literacy: financial statements, COA, booking rules
• Fluent in English and Chinese (working languages)
• Proven cross-functional leadership across HR, Finance, Eng, and Data teams
