📋 Description

Lead MarTech strategy: UA tech, CRM, data science
Build models to enable growth (pLTV, churn, next best action)
Develop and oversee tooling for growth marketing
Run campaigns within the app environment
Collaborate with Product and Engineering on app initiatives
Lead cross-functional team for UA and in-app marketing

🎯 Requirements

Minimum of 8 years in marketing technology roles
Proven track record with user acquisition and in-app growth marketing technologies
Strong knowledge of UA/growth tech including CRM, tracking and analytics
Exceptional leadership in managing cross-functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly analytical and data-driven mindset
