Product Director, Practice Management Software (PMS)

📋 Description

• Build the best PMS across markets with a unified, country-tailored vision.
• Lead AI-first PMS with Noa: AI scribe, booking, summaries, scheduling.
• Partner with Engineering Director to unlock product options via modularity.
• Design a lightweight entry product for individuals and small clinics.
• Drive outcomes: retention, expansion revenue, integrated bookings, new markets.
• Lead a team of product leaders across four countries and collaborate with PMs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years leading product at Lead/Director level (must-have).
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS.
• Experience driving multi-product consolidation.
• Comfort with regulated environments (GDPR, healthcare data) is a plus.
• Fluent English; Spanish, Polish, Italian or Portuguese are a plus.
• Builder leadership: co-create across product, design and engineering.
