Product Documentation Writer

📋 Description

• Own customer-facing documentation set: release articles, live articles, and older content
• Ensure accuracy by confirming content against the product and platform
• Manage the feedback queue: triage and fix live articles
• Execute the freshness cycle: restructure, rewrite, and bring back catalog current
• Produce and maintain media: screenshots, screen recordings, and walkthroughs
• Collaborate with English-speaking colleagues across departments to identify documentation gaps

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience writing technical or product documentation, or tech content
• Proven ability to own documentation end-to-end
• Near-native written English (C1/C2)
• Working Russian: enough to source product behavior directly from a Russian-speaking team
• Comfortable with technical material: read tech specs, follow basic API behavior
• Comfortable producing video: record, edit, and ship screen-recorded walkthroughs
