🎯 Requirements

7+ years building and managing compliance programs in regulated financial services
Experience evaluating emerging products for compliance risk and product risk assessments
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and AML practices
Proven ability to manage projects with stakeholder management
Ability to interpret regulations and implement a proportionate compliance program
Demonstrated AI fluency — uses AI tools to enhance compliance work
