• Goal: accelerate onboarding and ensure teams are ready for product launches.

• Experience in product enablement, learning and development, or related field.
• Exceptional communicator; simplify complex concepts.
• Passion for teaching and helping others learn; engaging for diverse audiences.
• Engaging, energetic; comfortable facilitating trainings for groups of varying sizes.
• Adapt communication style to different audiences and learning styles.
• Organized; manage multiple projects and handle ambiguity.
