📋 Description

• Plan and execute enablement initiatives for new feature launches with assets.
• Translate product requirements and engineering context into enablement materials.
• Create end-to-end content: scripting, demos, voiceovers, and videos.
• Publish and maintain enablement assets across channels with versioning.
• Create one-pagers, FAQs, quick guides, walkthroughs, and visuals.
• Support internal teams on feature launches, clarifying value and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in product enablement or SaaS education roles.
• Experience creating enablement materials for SaaS products and launches.
• Able to explain product functionality to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on production: scripting, screen recording, voiceover, editing.
• Strong video editing skills to create polished product videos.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, CS, Support.
