📋 Description

• Lead a team coordinating product launches across internal and external teams.
• Set strategy, priorities, and capacity to deliver launches.
• Build a high-performing team through coaching and development.
• Build scalable feedback loops between support, Product, and Engineering.
• Advocate for users in product and engineering discussions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to align launch goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading product enablement or launch-readiness at scale.
• Shipped tooling or automations (workflows, dashboards, pipelines) to reduce manual work.
• Experience in product management with automation and tool development; use metrics/feedback to improve decisions.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Passion for customer advocacy and translating feedback into product insights.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
