• Design, build, and own scalable systems for launch readiness.

• Document and standardize launch procedures for scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience coordinating product launches in a customer support environment.
• Hands-on PM/technical background taking ambiguous problems from discovery to delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Fluent in APIs, integrations, data flows, analytics, automation, or scripting.
• Passionate about customer advocacy and turning feedback into product insights.
• Highly organized with multi-project management and clear communication.
