Product Engineer

📋 Description

• Own product features from idea to release, without needing a detailed spec for every task.
• Build refined, well-designed interfaces in Next.js (roughly 60% of the role).
• Implement and maintain backend features in Django and PostgreSQL (roughly 40% of the role)
• Look after our servers and keep the platform reliable as we handle a lot of user data.
• Use AI coding tools daily to move fast without compromising quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Full-stack experience: 5+ years building web products across frontend and backend.
• Tech stack: Strong experience with Next.js on the frontend and Django + PostgreSQL on the backend.
• Server management: Hands-on experience managing servers and working with Linux.
• Product taste: You know what a good product looks like, with an eye for clean UX/UI and the details
• Ownership: You’ve shipped a product with real users, ideally in a startup, as a founder or through
• AI Literacy & Application: You actively use AI tools to enhance personal productivity and work
