Product Engineer

📋 Description

• Test software components via the UI and provide feedback on user experience
• Monitor and analyze test results; collaborate to ensure quality and release readiness
• Collaborate with developers, support, and stakeholders to improve workflows
• Learn product tech and troubleshoot issues across ArcGIS platform versions
• Document issues and reproduce bugs with engineers to fix them
• Interface with customers to collect requirements for functionality
• Develop ideas to modify and extend our product by understanding how users deploy ArcGIS
• Work with product management and user communities to align development objectives
• Identify user scenarios and best practices for applying ArcGIS
• Improve internal and end-user documentation or tutorials describing functionality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, GIS, or related field
• 1 year of experience in the role or related occupation
• Experience in C++, DirectX, and 3D algorithms
