Product Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop full-stack features with Ruby on Rails
• Use AI tooling (Claude, Codex) across the lifecycle
• AI-assisted code reviews before deployment
• Talk with customers to gather requirements
• Review product usage data to inform decisions
• Prioritize features and scope without dedicated PMs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years' experience with Ruby on Rails
• 3+ years HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Hotwire
• 3+ years PostgreSQL
• 2+ years AI-assisted tools (Claude/Codex)
• 2+ years product sense and UX judgement
• 2+ years AWS S3 and CloudFront
• 3+ years CI/CD with GitHub Actions
