• Prototype AI features via POCs; run experiments before committing resources.
• Define product roadmap and priorities to maximize impact for learners.
• Conduct user research; translate insights into product improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven AI-powered product experience; prompting architecture and model behavior.
• Hands-on tech: prototype ideas, run AI evaluations; Ruby, Rails, JS, PostgreSQL, AWS.
• Deep LLM knowledge: context windows, RAG, prompt engineering, tuning.
• Strong product management; end-to-end lifecycle in B2C/B2B.
• Data-driven decisions; Metabase, Mixpanel, Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication; align engineers, growth, leadership in fast-paced env.
