📋 Description

• Own product features end-to-end, from identifying a problem to shipping reliable solutions into
• Independently identify what needs to be built and drive initiatives forward without detailed

• Collaborate with AI agents to create product and technical specifications, maintaining ownership

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level engineering experience with a proven track record of owning complex production systems
• Background as a backend engineer, software architect, or similarly experienced technical individual
• Extensive hands-on experience using AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or comparable
• Strong interest in the evolution of agentic software development and continuous learning.
• Exceptional ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to independently drive work
• Strong critical-thinking skills to inspect, challenge, debug, and improve AI-generated code.
