🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level engineering experience with a proven track record of owning complex production systems
• Background as a backend engineer, software architect, or similarly experienced technical individual
• Extensive hands-on experience using AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or comparable
• Strong interest in the evolution of agentic software development, with a habit of continuously
• Exceptional ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to independently determine
