Product Engineer

📋 Description

• Speak with users regularly to understand challenges, gather feedback, and identify opportunities
• Translate customer insights, usage data, and feedback into clear product priorities.
• Own the complete development lifecycle from requirements to deployment and iteration.
• Use AI-powered coding agents to accelerate development, guide implementation, and review generated
• Independently manage a specific product area from concept to production.
• Validate AI-generated code, review changes, and ensure production standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Between 2 and 5 years of experience in software engineering, product management, founder's office
• Strong product intuition and ability to identify usability issues and customer pain points.
• Demonstrable experience building and shipping real products using AI-powered development tools.
• Practical experience with AI coding agents and ability to direct, evaluate, and improve
• Strong execution mindset with ability to independently identify problems and move projects forward.
• Interest in developing technical expertise in production systems, architecture, APIs, data models
