📋 Description

• Sit between the customer and the product.
• Talk to enterprise customers and understand their requirements.
• Decide whether to build a bespoke integration for a customer or a product improvement for everyone.
• Make ElevenCreative work for our biggest customers and unblock enterprise deals.
• Build AI-powered engines that make, localize, launch and learn from creative, using ElevenLabs'
• Ship end-to-end with little direction.

🎯 Requirements

• Has worked directly with customers as a forward-deployed engineer, solutions engineer or founding
• Strong full-stack product engineer, comfortable with integrations, APIs, auth and enterprise
• Turns a customer’s ask into the real requirement: builds bespoke when it unblocks a deal, and
• Ships end-to-end with little direction.
