Product Engineer I

📋 Description

• Implement enterprise system configurations for data center and edge hardware.
• Own the process from hardware arrival to power-on, config, validation, and docs.
• Create configuration plans and execute power-on and burn-in procedures.
• Update firmware and BIOS/UEFI; implement OS/hypervisor images and automation.
• Collaborate with PM, sales, Eng, manufacturing, System Verification, and clients for quality delivery.
• Ensure accurate, efficient delivery of configured systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years designing computer components into custom systems.
• Experience configuring hardware and updating firmware/BIOS; OS images.
• Knowledge of enterprise compute, storage, and networking hardware.
• Create configuration plans and BOMs.
• Strong communication and teamwork with customers and teams.
• Bachelor's degree in CE, CS, or related field.
