Product Engineer, Talent Experience

📋 Description

• Design, build, and ship backend services and APIs powering the assessment platform at scale.
• Own features end-to-end—from product discussions to release.
• Build evaluation pipelines and data models combining human judgment with AI scoring.
• Contribute across the stack, including candidate- and expert-facing surfaces.
• Partner with Product, AI, and Data teams to translate research into production.
• Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development while maintaining a high engineering bar.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong backend fundamentals: API design, data modeling, distributed systems, SQL.
• Comfortable across the stack, including React/TypeScript when needed.
• Experience building or integrating LLM-powered features in production.
• Experience using modern AI development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, Codex).
• Strong testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
